The first researches of the Church site were started in 2001, and were carried out on a smaller scale until 2004. The most interesting find is precisely the building with an apse discovered in 2003 - a sacred building - an early Christian church. Initial observations are that the church was built in the beginning of the 5th century, which makes it one of the oldest in Macedonia. Based on the coins found, the end of the second phase of the church's existence is determined in the period 1071-1078
